Full immersion in the biosphere
Multi-Day Expeditions
Overview
For those who want to go deeper — literally and figuratively. Our multi-day expeditions take you inside the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve for 3 to 7 days of sustained immersion in one of Central America's most biodiverse ecosystems. Camp under the stars, paddle at dawn, track wildlife with expert naturalists, and participate in active conservation work alongside local scientists. This is not a resort holiday. It is a genuine wilderness experience that will change how you see the natural world.

Moderate to challenging. Expect 3–5 hours of paddling or walking per day, camping on basic equipment, and early starts. Good general fitness is recommended. No technical skills required.
What camping conditions should I expect?
We camp in tents on the barrier islands and inner bay shores. Conditions are basic but comfortable — sleeping pads provided, meals cooked fresh. Bring a sleeping bag rated to 20°C.

Yes. We partner with the Jiquilisco Bay Biosphere Reserve management team. Data collected during expeditions feeds into real conservation reports. Your participation has measurable impact.
